Hats and Headscarves Terms & Conditions.

At Hats and Headscarves we like to keep things simple.  If you receive defective merchandise contact us right away to initiate a replacement.  If you receive your headscarves in good condition but are not happy with them, unworn merchandise can be returned for a refund.  Non defective merchandise will receive a 90% refund to cover shipping and handling costs.  Contact must be made within 10 days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive a refund.
